VIENNA TRIP COORDINATOR POSITION - The Director and Executive Committee will approve the candidates for the Vienna Trip Coordinator and Vienna Participant Coordinator positions about 3 years before the trip.  All administrative costs (postage, phone calls, copies, supplies, etc) will be reimbursed by the Boosters to the Trip Coordinator.

COMPLEMENTARY TRIPS - The Orchestra Director, Vienna Trip Coordinator and Vienna Participant Coordinators will receive complementary trips.

SECTION COACHES - Boosters will pay ½ trip cost for the Section Coaches chosen by the Director. They will be responsible for paying the balance of the trip fee.

The Director can use rental account money to pay costs on a case-by-case consideration.
